To maintain the continuous product flow in pipe, durability of pipe structure is achieved through insulation. The composite material will be used as main material, since it may have combined characteristics constituents or substantially different properties than individual constituents. Replacing damaged with a new one not only consume high cost but also create complication for flow. As to alleviate such situations this research focusses on using carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) wrapping material. identify suitable design and optimization laminated CFRP piping systems, defect, leakage imperfection shallbe identified. effect laminate orientationthrough Classical Laminate Theory CLT experimental data too need considered changes mechanical microstructure validated an extra reference theoretical its after loading.
